SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will have a 1-3 day processing time before shipment but during times of high volume it may take up to 5 days for your order to process. This includes business days only, weekends and holidays will not be considered a processing day. We ship orders in the order they are received. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with a 1-3 day expected arrival of delivery. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number that can be used throughout the entire shipping process.

Due to COVID-19, please be aware that the above shipping times may be temporarily affected and you may experience delays in receiving your order. We ask you to please be patient with our shipping carrier during this period and understand that any delays with shipping are completely out of our control. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Shop O.C. Tan 2 U accepts returns, exchanges or refunds if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase and at our discretion. No refund will be accepted for products that have been opened or are returned damaged.
 
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives at our warehouse safely.
